Overview
Bateriku is a car battery replacement and delivery service operating alongside roadside assistance across Malaysia, with over 200 physical locations. They came to us to fix the technical problems holding the site back, grow organic visibility for their core services, and strengthen the local presence of their branches.
When we started, the site had severe technical issues blocking proper crawling and indexing, and none of the core keywords were ranking well. On top of that, their 200-plus Google listings were each managed independently by individual branch managers, which left local presence inconsistent across the network. The plan was to clean up the technical base, build proper service pages, and take control of the local listings at scale, starting site a full SEO audit.

- Stronger local presence, especially on "near me" searches
